女性原发性痛风性关节炎患者三磷酸腺苷结合盒蛋白G2基因表达的意义 : = The expression of ACBG2 in female primary gouty arthritis
(1)目的检测三磷酸腺苷结合盒蛋白G2基因(ATP-binding cassette superfamily G2gene,ABCG2)在女性原发性痛风性关节炎(gouty arthritis,GA)患者中的表达及其临床意义。(2)方法观察组女性GA患者125例,其中绝经期90例和非绝经期35例。根据疾病进程分急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)62例和间歇期痛风性关节炎(IGA)63例;根据年龄分为(1)a组<50岁、(2)b组50~65岁、(3)c组>65岁。健康体检女性40例为对照组。检测两组外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells,PBMCs)中ABCG2mRNA表达水平及尿酸水平。(3)结果对照组ABCG2mRNA和尿酸水平均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组绝经期患者ABCG2mRNA水平高于非绝经期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);a、b、c组ABCG2mRNA表达水平依次升高,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者ABCG2 mRNA水平与尿酸水平正相关(r=0.35,P<0.001)。(4)结论绝经期女性GA患者ABCG2为高表达状态,该基因表达检测可能为GA发病机制提供一定理论依据。.
Objective To detect the expression and clinical significance of ABCG2 in women with GA.Methods A total of 125 patients in the observation group were collected(menopausal women 90 cases and no-menopausal women 35 cases).AGA 62 cases and IGA 63 cases according to the disease process,according to age divided into 3 groups a group<50 years old,b group 50~65 years old,c group>65 years old and 40 healthy subjects in the control group.The expression of ABCG2 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the level of UA were detected.Results The levels of ABCG2 mRNA and UA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05);The levels of ABCG2 mRNA and UA in the menopausal women were higher than those in the no-menopausal women(P <0.05);The expression level of ABCG2 mRNA in different age groups was a<b<c,the difference between each group was statistically significant(P <0.05);The level of ABCG2 mRNA in GA was positively correlated with the UA in plasma(r =0.35,P <0.001).Conclusion ABCG2 has a high level of expression in patients,and the detection of this gene provides a theoretical basis for elucidating the pathogenesis of GA..
