解毒扶正颗粒对内毒素致急性肺损伤小鼠的保护作用 : = Protective Effects of Jiedu Fuzheng Granules on Endotoxin-induced Acute Lung Injury of the Mice
目的观察解毒扶正颗粒对内毒素(LPS)致急性肺损伤(ALI)小鼠的保护作用。方法选用SPF级小鼠70只,随机分为6组,空白对照组、模型组、阳性药物组、解毒扶正颗粒低剂量组、解毒扶正颗粒中剂量组、解毒扶正颗粒高剂量组。LPS腹腔注射造模制作大鼠ALI模型。观察各组大鼠的动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、肺水含量及肺系数测定、肺组织病理改变的差异。结果解毒扶正颗粒高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组肺湿/干质量与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中中剂量组下降最明显(P<0.01),PaO_2在模型组较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),解毒扶正颗粒各剂量组、阳性药物组则较模型组显著增加(P<0.01),光镜观察治疗组较阳性药物组较模型组急性肺损伤病理损伤显著降低。结论解毒扶正颗粒对急性肺损伤的生存具有保护作用。.
Objective: To observe the protective effects of Jiedu Fuzheng Granules on endotoxin-induced(LPS)acute lung injury(ALI) of the mice. Methods: 70 mice with SPF were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups including the original sample groups,the model groups,the positive drug group,the low-dose Chinese medicine Jiedu Fuzheng Granules group, the medium dose Jiedu Fuzheng Granules group and the high-dose Jiedu Fuzheng granules group. Intraperitoneal injections were given to model mice of acute lung injury induced by LPS. The differences of arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO_2), lung water content and lung coefficient and pathological changes of lung tissue were observed in each mice group. Results: The lungs′ dry and wet specific gravity differences among the low-dose group,medium dose group and high-dose group has statistical signifi vcance. Which the medium dose group has the greatest reduction(P < 0.01). PaO_2 in model group decreased significantly than the control group(P < 0.01),while the centralizer particles and the dezamethasone group was increased significantly in the model group(P < 0.01), and the observed treatment group compared with positive drug group pathological injury of acute lung injury in the model group significantly reduced(P < 0.01). Conclusion:Jiedu Fuzheng Granules has protective effects on the survival of acute lung injury..
