羟氯喹血药浓度与系统性红斑狼疮疗效相关性的研究进展 : = Advances on the Relationship between Concentration of Hydroxychloroquine and Clinical Response of SLE Patients

羟氯喹(HCQ)因其对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)治疗具有较全面的综合疗效,包括对一些并发症(糖尿病、血栓、血脂异常等)的缓解,已被临床广泛应用。然而,羟氯喹用药个体差异较大,临床治疗中约有高达39%的患者对该药物无响应。已有文献报道指出,羟氯喹疗效与血药浓度存在相关性,而血药浓度的差异是多个因素的综合影响结果。本文就羟氯喹血药浓度测定与SLE患者治疗个体差异间的最新研究作一综述,以期为治疗药物监测和临床用药提供依据。.

Hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) has become a standard component of therapy for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) as its efficacy in protecting against diabetes mellitus, thrombotic events and dyslipidaemia, and overall damage accrual. Although the majority of patients responded to HCQ, a significant proportion(39%) either failed to respond or was intolerant of the drug. Comprehensive literature research revealed that blood HCQ concentrations had positive relationship with its clinical efficacy, and were influenced by many factors.
