煤矿掘进机扒爪减速器的设计改进 : = Design improvement of claw reducer of coal mine roadheader
针对悬臂式掘进机作业时经常发生被大块煤、矸或者铁器卡住的情况,利用了采煤机扭矩轴便于更换的优点,使用扭矩轴代替扒爪中的螺钉连接,通过对扒爪的扭矩计算以及扭矩轴的结构优化设计,极大地缩短了机电事故影响的时间,从而提高了掘进机运行的可靠性。.
Based on roadheader was often jammed by large blocks of coal, gangue or iron, advantages of the torque shaft of shearer for easy replacement were learned to use torque shaft instead of screw in the claw. Through calculation of the torque of claw and structural optimization design of torque shaft, the time of electrical and mechanical accident was greatly reduced, which greatly improved reliability of roadheader operation..
