疼痛管理在压力性损伤中的临床应用 : = Clinical Application of Pain Management in PI(pressure injury)
目的:探讨疼痛管理心理疗法在压力性损伤治疗满意度的应用效果。方法:在2015年至2016年,对全院各科选取一名责任护士进行疼痛管理培训后,其负责护理的压力性损伤患者为实验组,共34例,该组患者接受责任护士的疼痛评价及疼痛干预;另一组为未参与疼痛管理培训的责任护士护理的压力性损伤患者,共37例,按照"压疮常规"进行护理,两组患者braden评分均小于12分,两组进行治疗满意度对照。结果:实验组和对照组从六个维度(主动沟通满意度、重视患者感受满意度、认为判断客观满意度、家属相关知识满意度、认同并配合护理措施满意度、总满意度)比较,采用秩和检验对数据进行分析,P<0.01差异有统计学意义。结论:疼痛管理采用非药物方法,重视患者的社会性、独特性,为压力性损伤高风险患者提供更具人性的个性化护理,提高压力性损伤治疗满意度,同时提高护士的服务水平。.
Objective: To explore the application effects of pain management psychotherapy in the treatment of stress injury. Methods: choosing one duty nurse for pain management training from 2015 to 2016,who is responsible for nursing pressure injury patients as the experimental group,a total of 34 cases,pain assessment and pain of the intervention group received the responsibility of nurses; another group doesn't involve in pain management training the responsibility of nurses the pressure injury patients,a total of 37 cases,according to the conventional nursing of pressure ulcer,two patients with Braden were less than 12,two groups of treatment satisfaction control. Results: the experimental group and the control group from six dimensions( active communication satisfaction,satisfaction,pay more attention to patients that judgment objective satisfaction,family satisfaction,identity related knowledge and nursing measures of satisfaction,total satisfaction) compared with rank sum test for analysis of the data,there were significant differences in P <0. 01. Conclusion: pain management using non drug methods,pay attention to the social,unique patients,and provide personalized care more humanity for patients with high risk of pressure injury,can improve the satisfaction of the treatment pressure injury,and the service level of nurses..
