探讨2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的临床特点 : = Study on Clinical Features of Urinary Tract Infection of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes
目的通过临床治疗效果分析2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的临床特点,为2型糖尿病尿路感染的治疗带来一定的帮助。方法选取2016年1—12月期间在该院进行治疗的90例2型糖尿病患者进行实验,其中出现尿路感染的有35例,为实验组,未出现尿路感染的有55例,为对照组。分别对两组患者进行尿检,并且对所有患者的性别、年龄、肾功能以及患病时间进行统计,分析出2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的临床特点。结果对所有患者进行尿检发现实验组患者中病原菌的含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,除此之外,患者中老年人数居多,女性患者居多,实验组相较于对照组来说患者的肾功能较差,而且患病时间较长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对所有患者进行临床治疗与观察可以发现,2型糖尿病患者尿路感染多发生在老年人中,而且是以男性居多,2型糖尿病尿路感染的发生情况与患者的年龄、性别、肾功能情况以及患病时间的长短均有一定的关系,这些都是2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的临床特点。.
Objective To analyze the clinical features of urinary tract infection of patients with type 2 diabetes and provide a certain help for the treatment of it. Methods 90 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from January 2016 to December2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the experimental group were the patients with urinary tract infection, while the control group were the patients without urinary tract infection, and both groups were given the urine examination, and the gender, age, renal function and disease time of all patients were counted and the clinical features of urinary tract infection of patients with type 2 diabetes were analyzed. Results The content of pathogenic bacteria in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, besides, the female patients and the middle-aged and senile patients were most, and the renal function in the experimental group was worse than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment and observation show that the urinary tract infection of patients with type 2 diabetes is mostly in senile patients and male patients, and the occurrence of urinary tract infection of patients with type 2 diabetes is related to the age, gender,renal function and disease time, and all of them are the clinical features of it..
