即刻介入治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的临床疗效观察 : = Observation of clinical efficacy of immediate intervention therapy in treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
目的:观察即刻介入治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:将110例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组患者采用择期介入治疗;观察组患者采用即刻介入治疗。治疗后7 d、半年后,对两组患者的LVED和LVEF的水平进行比较。结果:对照组患者90 min ST段回落率低于观察组P<0.05;对照组患者再次复发梗死率、1月内病死率、1年内病死率均高于观察组(P<0.05);住院期间,两组患者的心脏破裂率差异(P>0.05)。结论:即刻介入治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的治疗效果优于择期介入治疗疗效。.
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of immediate interventional therapy in treatment of patients with acute STsegment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods: A total of 110 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were taken as the clinical research objects,and they were divided into control group(55 cases) and observation group(55 cases) according to their admission time. The patients in the control group were given selective interventional therapy,while the other patients in the observation group received immediate interventional therapy. 7days and 6 months after the treatment,the levels of LVED and LVEF of the two groups were compared. Results: The 90 min fall rate of ST-segment in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05). The reinfection rate and mortality rate in 1 month and 1 year in the control group were all higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05). During hospitalization,there was no significant difference in the cardiac rupture rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: The immediate international therapy in the treatment of the patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial is more effective than the selective interventional therapy..
