脑囊虫病患者血清特异IgG4水平与脑CT或MR分型对照分析 : = COMPARISON OF SERUM SPECIFIC IgG4 LEVEL WITH CT OR MR TYPES OF CEREBRAL CYSTICERCOSIS PATIENTS
The results of detection of specific IgG4 in sera of 173 cerebral cysticercosis patients by dip test using gold labeled anti human IgG4 monoclonal antibody(McAb) were reported and compared with the case CT and MR scans. The positive rate and intensity of the specific IgG4 in sera of cerebral cysticercosis patients are coincident with the amount and status (living, disintegration, death, calcification and so on) of the cysticercus parasitized in the brain tissue of patients, and can reveal the infectious status of cysticercus in the brain. Therefore, testing of specific IgG4 in sera of patients can be used for early diagnosis, treatment efficiency evaluation and status assessment of cerebral cysticercosis..
