基于有限元法的机械疲劳寿命预测方法的研究 : = Study on the Methods of Predicting Mechanical Fatigue Life Based on Finite Element Method

A new method,which is based on finite element method(FEM) and fatigue life software MSC.FATIGUE,is introduced in this paper to predict fatigue life of structures.A multidiameter shaft is taken as an example,the static elastic stress distribution of the shaft is demonstrated by finite element analysis,and the life of interesting elements or nodes is estimated by MSC.FATIGUE in the specified load case that can cause severe damage.This method can provide a quick and efficient way of fatigue strength analysis on the design of parts and structures..
