紫外线减毒弓形虫ZS1株滋养体免疫小鼠的体液免疫反应 : = HUMORALIMMUNERESPONSEIN MICEVACCINATED WITH UV ATTENUATEDZS1 STRAIN OF TOXOPLASMA GONDII

To explorethe protective effectand the humoralim munereaction of UV attenuated ZS1 strain of Toxoplasma gondiiin mice. The ZS1 strain trophozoites of T.gondii were irradiated by UV light with 2 537 A wavelength , 5cm in distance and withirradiatedtime30 ,60 ,90min and 120min respectively. Mice were dividedinto 4 groups.Group 1 vaccinated alone, group 2 challenged with normal ZS1 trophozoites at 45th day after vaccination ,group 3infected alone, and group 4 was normalcontrol. The mice inoculated with the trophozoitesirradiated 30 minutes were alldead at7 ~8d.Othervaccinated micesurvived normally, and notrophozoite, pseudo cystorcyst wasfound in theirtissues. Mice ofgroup 2 survivedlongerthan thosein group 3 .The value ofIgGin sera detected by ELISAand IHAin responsetosoluble Agof T.gondii wassignificantlyenhancedin both group 1 and group 2 .Ithasbeensuggestedthatthe UV attenuated vaccine of T.gondii of ZS1 strain could induce certain protective im munity in mice,in which humoralim mune may play a role..
