Biomaterials : Biological Production of Fuels and Chemicals / Rafael Luque, Chun-Ping Xu

In times of declining fossil stocks, science and industry have to find alternative resources for the production of fuels and chemicals. This book presents techniques for the utilization of biomass and waste as raw materials for the production of platform molecules, biopolymers, bioplastics, and bioethanol.
