Bulgarian Abstract:Настоящият монографичен труд дава кратък обзор на съвременните подходи в изследванията на социалната политика и социалната работа, като акцентира върху концептуалните основи, историческото развитие и съвременните измерения на социалните политики. Направен е детайлен анализ на елементите и характеристиката на пазара на труда, неговата същност и особености, видове, структура и основни потоци, както и институциите на пазара на труда. Във втората част е направен преглед на текущото състояние на здравната система в България, като е отделено основно внимание на финансирането на лечебните заведения, лекарствената политика, миграцията на медицински кадри и заплащането на труда на медицинския персонал. В третата част е направен критичен анализ на влиянето на пандемичната криза върху системата на здравеопазването в България.
English Abstract:This monographic work provides a brief overview of contemporary approaches in social policy and social work research, emphasizing the conceptual foundations, historical development, and contemporary dimensions of social policies. A detailed analysis of the elements and characteristics of the labor market, its essence and features, types, structure and main flows, as well as the institutions of the labor market, was made. In the second part, an overview of the current state of the health care system in Bulgaria was made, with the main attention being paid to the financing of medical institutions, the drug policy, the migration of medical personnel and the remuneration of medical personnel. In the third part, a critical analysis of the impact of the pandemic crisis on the health care system in Bulgaria is made).
