Transformational Human Resources Through Remote Working, and Upskilling for Digital PT Eigerindo MTI
Corona virus 2019 or COVID-19 is a disease of transmission through human contact, so the spread is very fast throughout the world. Raising fears and concerns for human health, resulting in efforts from the government to break the chain of its spread by restricting social activities. The term New Normal was introduced. Therefore, the shift and additional role of Human Resources Management (HRM) in the organization becomes very important to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19 for members of the organization, especially to maintain the survival of the organization in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.
