Application of sertraline hydrochloride and derivatives thereof to preparation of anti-novel-coronavirus drug

The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, and discloses application of sertraline hydrochloride and derivatives thereof to preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating coronaviruses. A molecular formula of the sertraline hydrochloride is C17H18Cl3N, the CAS number of the sertraline hydrochloride is 79559-97-0, and the chemical name of the sertraline hydrochloride is (1S-cis)-4-(3, 4-dichlorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-N-methyl-1-naphthylamine hydrochloride.
