VESSEL ENDOTHELIAL FUNCTION IMPROVING COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel composition for improving vessel endothelial function which can improve vessel endothelial function through the expression promoting action of nuclear factor erythrocyte 2 -related factor 2 (Nrf2).SOLUTION: A vessel endothelial function improving composition comprising a rice bran enzyme-treated material is provided. Preferably the rice bran enzyme-treated material is a protease-processed material of rice bran and/or thermolysin treated material of rice bran. The composition is an oral composition, preferably a food composition, or a pharmaceutical composition. Preferably the rice bran is a defatted rice bran, and more preferably the rice bran obtained by heating after rice polishing and inactivating lipase, and further by compressing.SELECTED DRAWING: None.
